Talent Acquisition Specialist
Simply Technologies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
We are looking for a true people person, a relationship creator, and a tech enthusiast who can bring their unique perspective to our HR team.
The role is not about cold calling or messaging; it’s about creating trust-based relationships with the potential candidates and converting to long-term cooperation. The role is about creating exceptional experiences for every candidate interacting with Simply Technologies. That means you need to care about everything from employer branding (how talent thinks about our company) to the entire recruiting process, from the first touchpoint to close.
Job responsibilities
You'll be responsible for end to end hiring
Develop, maintain, and execute talent acquisition strategies and act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring teams
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
You’ll bring innovative ideas to influence Simply Technologies Talent Acquisition strategy
Be a brand ambassador, participate/initiate several events to promote the company’s employer brand, and build a strong relationship with candidates
Deliver top-notch candidate journey experience
Develop and maintain a relevant network of talent across different tech areas
Generate and maintain data and hiring metrics
Working as a team - you will actively participate in team-wide knowledge sharing of best practices
Participate in other initiatives of the HR team
Required qualifications
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role
Experience in IT recruitment will be a great advantage
Good understanding of the tech talent market
Broad understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Strong English skills
Understanding the importance of data in recruitment and the ability to create and maintain clear records
Ability to conduct different types of interviews
Detail-oriented, people-centric, and positive personality
Ability to think beyond talent acquisition to contribute to the broader people experience
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Required candidate level: Mid level
